I just got back to Kona after a few weeks in Denmark. The reason I went home was to celebrate: My brother said YES to Jesus while I was there. Is there anything as sweet as a family member dedicating their life to Jesus?
It is a Danish tradition to baptize infants. Then, later in the teenage years, a person is given the opportunity to confirm the YES said on their behalf as an infant. The YES is public and is celebrated.
As an infant my younger siblings and I all said yes on Samson’s behalf knowing that one day he would have to either confirm this faith or reject it. Samson said YES.
